Guided Meditations

Here at MyOshun,

we've decided to respond to the calling of the changing tides. Especially, as a black-owned company, it's important to be a vehicle for change in all communities so that we can meet this moment with clarity, focus, calm and excellent communication skills. For that reason we are offering, virtually, a variety of guided meditations in combination with coaching. 

Also, in lieu of Couples Reiki we're excited to offer Guided Couples Meditations with coaching in virtual sessions. (see below)

All meditations are facilitated by Reiki Master & Certified Coach, Daydree Horner.

 

These are online private sessions which are tailor-made for the client.

Moving Guided Meditation

Learn through simple movements how you can release stress, anxiety and trauma.

(In relation to NLP, this therapy is especially beneficial for kinesthetic types.)

This service is guided and combined with some coaching.

*All sessions are 30min - 1 hr.

Couples Meditation

We understand that right now there may be less calm and meaningful connections in relationships

under these emotional, ever-changing circumstances. Our guided Couples Meditation was created to facilitate a romantic reboot through breath work, touch, guided meditation and coaching. 

*This is a 1 hr session.

Couples Meditation

 

Morning & Intentions

Begin your day from a place of peace. You'll have more focus, it'll be easier to set intentions and make important decisions. Even if you do this meditation midday, it will improve the balance of your evening. Do you wake up groggy and stay that way for awhile? We create a meditation that invigorates your day.

Coaching is part of this guided meditation in order to fully understand and address the client needs.

Centering & Calm

Emotions can run high, especially during these current times. Whatever you're feeling is valid. However, we don't emotions like anger, frustration or fear to change your outlook or how you relate to others. This guided meditation explores the emotion and seeks to release what is no longer serving you through breath work, visualization, meditation and coaching.

Relaxation & Sleep

We are in a time of intense change in this country and the world. Simultaneously, we all have full lives with many responsibilities. There's a lot to process which may feel overwhelming. You might feel like you're in a never-ending marathon. Your good sleep may be compromised. We don't want that for you. We want you to find true relaxation throughout your day, regardless of any chaos. This meditation is designed for relaxation via breath work, visualization, meditation and coaching.

Moving Guided Meditation

If you're someone who enjoys lots of movement like exercise and dance, or if you have a difficult time meditating because it seems like you're sitting for "too long", this is the meditation for you. In terms of Neuro-Linguistic Programming you might be kinesthetic, in which case, this meditation is ideal for you. As with all of our guided meditations, Daydree designs sessions specifically for each client and their needs. They include breath work, visualization, meditation and coaching

Couples Meditation

In lieu of Couples Reiki, we have designed this session to serve Couples while staying safe. During this time, Couples may find themselves at odds because of cabin fever, the issues of our time, home-schooling and ever-changing routines that leave them feeling disconnected from intimacy. This session creates an environment to reboot that romance. Daydree designs this session specifically for the Couple. It includes breath work, visualization, meditation, touch and coaching.
