Sales Tax

MyOshun is located in California so we are required to charge 9.75% sales tax on orders shipped within California. Those who live outside California will not be charged sales tax for orders placed.

Any and all customs fees imposed by countries outside of the US are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Shipping and Delivery

Please allow up to 48 hours from the time of payment for your order to be shipped. Since most of our items are handcrafted, sometimes we will be temporarily out of stock. When this occurs, you will be notified.

*Also, our Full Moon Goddess necklaces are handcrafted items placed under a full moon before packaging and shipping to you. Therefore, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to exchange or credit your credit card account minus shipping costs for any items you are not completely happy with. Returns and exchanges on items purchased on our website may be made by calling or emailing us at 310.581.9238 or info@myoshun.com. Please mention your 1) name, 2) invoice number and 3) reason for return. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. The items MUST be returned to MyOshun within 14 days of the shipping date in perfect condition. Returned items received after this date will not be honored. Please ship items 1) prepaid and 2) insured with the package securely wrapped. Please note all sale items are FINAL SALE.

* MyOshun does not refund initial shipping charges or shipping charges for any returns or exchanges.
* MyOshun is not responsible for damages that occur during care of item, such as dryers, dry cleaning or washing.
* MyOshun is not responsible for the fit of an item beyond the 10-day return policy.

Cancellations and Changes

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to info@myoshun.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, however once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified. In this case, please refer to our return policy. If you would like to purchase a different product, we will be happy to assist you.

Please note that all SALE items are final.

Packaging

Before shipping, MyOshun places all items in a plastic bag in order to prevent potential damage due to rain and/or other elements that might harm products during shipping. PLEASE KEEP PLASTIC BAGS OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. The safety of your children is important to us.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us, so our policy is very clear:

MyOshun collects no personal information about you other than the information you voluntarily submit to us. Any personal information that you provide to us (ie: name, email address, physical address) will be used solely to process transactions with you, to provide information to you or to receive feedback on how to improve the web site. This personal information will not be released, disclosed, sold or transferred to any outside source.

MyOshun does employ cookie technology that identifies you as a unique user but we do so only to improve the quality of our service to you. Any non-personal information (ie: IP address, time of day and browser type) is only collected to gain a better understanding of the source of our web site visitors and how to improve service to those visitors. This information is for internal use only and will not be disclosed to third parties.

Wash & Dry Care for Our Products

All MyChakra pillow covers should be hand washed separately in cold water and laid flat to dry. Since they are 100% raw silk they should be handled with care and not washed with other items. Please wash separately and air-dry them (hanging them over some sort of line or lay flat to dry). Do not place in dryer (in order to prevent shrinkage).

To wash MyDelicates lingerie bags, please remove the sachet insert and hand wash the bag separately in cold water with a mild detergent and air-dry them (hanging them over some sort of line or lay flat to dry). Do not place in dryer (in order to prevent shrinkage).

All MyOshun t-shirts should be handled with care by washing them in cold water in a mild detergent and air-drying them (hanging them over some sort of line or lay flat to dry). Do not place t-shirts in a dryer (in order to prevent shrinkage).

MyOshun is not responsible for items that are shrunk inadvertently by your washer or dryer. Sorry, no exceptions.

All MyDelicates lingerie bags come with a sachet insert, either with dried rose petals or lavender. Because these are organic items, there will be a small amount of residue in your lingerie bag from the rose petals or lavender. This is not harmful and can easily be shaken out of your underwear or your bag.
